Our service begins by recording and documenting the wishes of the customer and the requirements of the respective order as individually and precisely as possible concurrently with recording the order by means of the order specification and by the AAL form. In this way, the customer's wishes already determined in the early phase can be permanently taken into account.
The contact to our customers, or to the contact person named by the customer is maintained continuously by our project manager, who is responsible among other things for the clarification of textual and technical questions and for agreement on the terminology etc.
Our service ensures that any unclear points which we are not responsible for, such as any inconsistencies in the source text, missing pages etc. are also clarified and the order is completed to the full satisfaction of our customer.
