The products provided by the customer are preserved and stored in accordance with an established process which governs the verification, storage and maintenance of the products at our company, the forwarding to possible subcontractors and the procedures in the event of damage or loss.
The safeguarding of the professional obligation to maintain secrecy and the fulfilment of the data protection provisions by the company (» Data Protection Statement) comply with the requirement of "Safeguarding the quality of the products provided by the customer". If the customer has a particular secrecy requirement that exceeds the usual confidentiality to be expected, they can request the submission of the company's » Data Protection Statement or the customer's own statement.
The employees and the subcontractors of the company are placed under an obligation in compliance with the data protection provisions and obligations to maintain secrecy in accordance with the Data Protection Statement.
The customer and the company agree to a possible return of the original documents after completion of the order. If the return is not requested, the documents in question are destroyed by a specialised contractor.
These provisions apply to all areas dealing with the receipt of the customer's products, the placing and forwarding of translation orders to subcontractors, the delivery of the completed translation to the customer and the archiving of materials belonging to orders.
