Quality management system
Our quality management system is based on DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and is unreservedly binding for all employees. Agreements apply until new ones replace them. All employees of the company are instructed to contribute to the implementation of the quality policy. Each employee has the right and the duty to ensure that circumstances impairing a high degree of quality fulfilment in any phase of the product development are eliminated.
With the implementation of the provisions adopted in the quality management manual the management fulfils its organisational and supervisory duties and accordingly emphasises its special awareness of quality.
Our quality management system is documented in writing by the description of the sequence and interaction of the processes within the company, their direction, ensuring, monitoring, measurement, analysis, documentation and improvement set forth in the quality management manual.
